YES, all products posted on our accounts are aunthentic and official from South Korea.HOW TO ORDER?
Kindly fill out the order form found on our website. Invoice and payment details will be sent after you submit the form.For pasabuy requests or items not posted on our shop, we advise you to send us an inquiry first through DM.WHEN IS THE ETA?
Estimated time of arrival is 4-5 weeks after the box has been shipped out from our KR address. However, delays might be possible because of the pandemic situation. Also, please take note that waiting for the declared ETA will only start once the box is shipped out from Korea, not after you order the item.WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?

All orders must be paid first at least 50% of the total amount for reservation, and the remaining half on or before the given deadline.WHAT ARE YOUR LOCAL COURIER OPTIONS?
• Pampanga: Same day delivery/shipping via Grab & Lalamove.
• Nationwide: J&T ExpressHOW MUCH IS THE LOCAL SHIPPING FEE?
The local shipping fee varies depending on the location, size, and weight of the item/s. We will notify you regarding the rates once we have already packed your order/s.
Bomnal Shop PH’s Terms and ConditionsORDERS:
— Fill out the form only if you are 100% sure of ordering.
— All items are for PRE-ORDER (unless stated otherwise).PAYMENTS:
— A 50% down payment must be settled within 24 hours upon receipt of invoice to secure your order/s. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the deadline (which is usually 20 days after your order was placed). We will send you reminders for payments regularly. Failure to do so will incur a late fee of ₱15 per day or ₱100 per week.ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA) / SHIPPING OF ITEMS:
— Arrival of the items from South Korea to Philippines normally takes 4-5 weeks via sea cargo. Please take note that the mentioned ETA is not after you order, but after the box has been shipped out from our address in Korea. Order only if you are willing to wait.
— Delays with international shipment may occur due to holidays, customs review, and/or pandemic restrictions. Please understand that this is beyond our control and we cannot do anything about it. Patience is a must!CANCELLATION OF ORDER / REFUND:
— Strictly no cancellation of orders once items are already secured. Down payment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
— Refunds will only be made if the item is out-of-stock or sold out without prior notice.RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
— Return/Exchange will be accommodated only if we shipped the wrong item to you. Buyer must provide an unboxing video within 3 days from delivery date.MANUFACTURING DEFECTS / DAMAGED ITEMS:
— Manufacturing defects or damages on sealed items and outboxes are not qualified for refund or return. Please take note that outboxes are present to protect the merch or items inside it. We do our own quality checks on the items before shipping them out to you.
— Bomnal Shop PH will not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the local and international couriers. These are beyond our control, thus no exchange/refund shall be made from our shop.DISCLAIMER:
